The Sing Off Season 2: Rock Songs & Guilty Pleasures (Episode 3)

.. and then, they're down to 6. Wow. This show is pretty fast. Sigh. I have to say, this show, seriously, is so much fun and it just proves that a singing contest doesn’t need to be loaded with gimmicks to be entertaining. Plus, Ben Folds is the best singing judge ever! He actually makes intelligent comments. He gives constructive criticism without being mean and he’s silly, which is nice.

Anyway, this week, the groups tackle two songs: Rock and Guilty Pleasures. I'm a bit upset that Groove For Thought got eliminated because I personally think it should've been The Backbeats or the VERY boring Jerry Lawson and Company. Both groups are slowly becoming a tad overrated, in my opinion. Still, Street Corner Symphony is my favorite. The group has been climbing a notch every week. They'd better win this thing! Haha.

The males seem to be dominating singing contests nowadays. Proof that there are more female voters out there. :)

I don't like The Backbeats. Personally, I have something against the fact that they formed their group just for the sake of the competition and that some of them have already joined the first season. I find something wrong with that.

Will: I know. Girls used to dominate singing contests. Good old days. Haha.

But yeah, I agree with you. Plus, they're overrated along with Jerry Lawson's group. Haha.
