Daniel has a weird almost annoying singing technique. The affectations he put on his singing were strange. I didn't care for Alexis, I don't think she's anything special, but she's FAR MORE tolerable than Daniel. So yeah, that was a flat out dumb decision from Adam.

HOLY OLD SCHOOL BATMAN! This is why I never really liked Nicole. Sure, she can sing, but she's too generic to even make a dent in the music industry. Bradon was fine, but the song was definitely chosen to highlight Nicole. Sad.

Devyn hit a couple of flat notes towards the end and she has this unpleasant tone when she powers through her upper register. MarissaAnn, on the other hand, has a full and rich tone to her voice, which worked well with the song. Clearly, I prefer MarissaAnn over Devyn, but my opinion doesn't matter. Haha.

The show was lackluster. The only thing I'm going to comment on is Daniel. WHAT THE HELL? Can't understand how he a)got through the blind auditions and b)got through the battle rounds. The dude sounds horrible!
I wish they would have showed Cassadee/Ryan and Joe/Sam's performances. The recordings are amazing! And Joe and Sam sang one of my FAVORITE 90's songs. There's is 4 of my favorites I didn't get to see. And I waited the ENTIRE battles just to see them. BOOO at The Voice.
