Oh, and this is actually the week I was hoping Pia Toscano would make it to.. so she could sing her soaring version of Bleeding Love, or an interesting twist to Lady Gaga's Paparazzi, or a polished rendition of Amy Winehouse's Rehab. Sigh. Oh well. A guy can dream.. Haha.
But while I'm looking forward to this theme and I’ve been waiting and waiting for someone to nail a current hit this season, I have this tingly feeling just thinking about it. I'm actually dreading at how well they’ll do, because the last time they tried this theme (Season 5), it was said to be the single worst reviewed finals episode in Idol History (even worse than Top 11 week last year!).
But let's see..
Performers on results show: David Cook to perform his debut single, The Last Goodbye! (Yay!!) Also, Katy Perry and Kanye West will be performing E.T.

If Naima is still around, she'd sing Hips Don't Lie and put her own name instead of "Shakira Shakira".
I hope they'd pick better songs than this week's songs...
TT: That's true! Let's just cross our fingers!!
